A friendship, a flight, and a dream
It began in 2012, in India, two friends, a shared love of food, and the kind of bond that only deepens with time. Through college, shared meals, and every late night conversation, we built something that felt less like luck and more like home.
That home eventually led us across oceans. In 2019, we flew from Kerala, the land of coconut, to Ireland, the land of clover carrying our bags, our dreams, and an unwavering love for food that no distance could touch.
We built our lives here, found our people, and kept doing what we had always done cooking with love, hosting with intention, and pouring ourselves into every table we touched. Until one day, that feeling became impossible to keep to ourselves.
And so, Elairé was born!
Named with everything we carry, Ela meaning leaf in Kerala, the home we come from & Iré, for Ireland, the home we built. Two lands, one name, and a story woven between the flavours they gave us.
Elairé is our way of bringing that love to your table. We create grazing tables and styled spreads that are as beautiful as they are generous where every charcuterie board, every carefully placed detail, every flavour tells a story. Rooted in the bold warmth of Kerala and the quiet elegance of Ireland, every experience we craft is designed to stop people in their tracks and make them feel something.
