2. Orders & Bookings
- Order Notice: All orders (excluding styled events) must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance
- All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
- Styled Events: Require a minimum of 3 weeks notice prior to t h e event date.
- Booking Deposit: A 20% deposit is required to secure all b ookings.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary.
- Grazing table bookings may require advance notice depending on event size and date availability.

3. Pricing
- All prices displayed on our website are in Euro (€).
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- Delivery fees, setup fees, or additional service charges may apply depending on location and event requirements.
- Final pricing for custom catering or grazing table services will be confirmed before booking.
4. Payments
- Full payment may be required before delivery or event setup unless otherwise agreed.
- For large events or custom bookings, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your date.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Standard Orders
- Standard orders must be cancelled at least 72 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable.
- Styled events must be cancelled at least 1 week in advance.
Food Safety
- Food Safety: All charcuterie items should be consumed within 5 hours of delivery or setup to ensure freshness and quality
- Date changes are subject to availability.
Refunds
- If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately upon delivery.
- Refunds or replacements are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Delivery
- We aim to deliver all orders within the agreed timeframe.
- Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
- Someone must be available to receive the order at the delivery location.
- Delivery & Collection: Delivery and collection are available f o r all orders except styled events. Please contact us directly t o arrange details.
7. Food Allergies & Dietary Information
- Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, and other allergens.
- Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary requirements before placing an order.
- While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

- As all platters and grazing tables are handcrafted, colours, styling, and product arrangements may vary slightly.
